Red Roof PLUS+ Belleville

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern amenities you could ask for, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I was able to get the best night's sleep of my entire vacation. I also loved the location of the hotel, easy to access highways and the beautiful downtown of Belleville.

I've been a guest at Red Roof Plus of Belleville since medical issues and an eviction led me here. During my months here, I've been grateful for the hospitality the motel has extended to me. The staff is professional, friendly and take ownership in helping their guests. There's consistency in the rooms/bathrooms being clean and the manager is very approachable and timely in addressing questions you might have. The motel is typical of the midwest charm you might encounter in your travels and if that's something you're searching for, then this is a good place to stay.

The staff was very professional and helpful, the rooms were spotless and everything was just perfect. We needed a handicap room and the bathroom was large enough to accommodate my knee scooter. It would have been a little easier to shower with a walk in shower with a chair. Also, the tub didn't have a stopper, but I managed. Overall a great stay!

The staff are all very friendly. The room was very clean, I even got turn down service. I was shocked to see I had fresh towels and my trash was dumped. I haven't seen that since before covid days. All day coffee that was actually good and creamer options. Their doggy poo station even had bags in it. Right near Walmart and plenty of food options. My only disappointment was there was no refrigerator or microwave in my room, but before I complained I double checked online, that's what I paid for. The other room was a little extra if I had realized I would have done that, they do have a microwave in the lobby though and a functioning ice machine. So pay attention to what you're paying for. I'd definitely stay here again if I pass back through. Great place!

I really enjoyed my stay. I came here after reading recent reviews of how nice they remodeled. The physical room was huge and very good priced. I paid for the jacuzzi room. Very clean! Will definitely stay again! Only negatives are minor and I spoke with the front desk on the way out. When I arrived the heater was not on and it was 10 degrees outside. It took a long time to warm up. I also could not figure out how to get the tv to work and no instructions. Front desk apologized and stated they usually make sure the heat is on. He also stated the tv was probably on hdmi as people bring firesticks & stuff (which i didnt think about). Suggested maybe to leave instructions. Again nothing major just minor things. Will definitely be back!

I've been having minor issues with my car repaired at Broadway for over a year now. Initially, it was the air conditioning, and later I've had it serviced and inspected annually. This time, I had a major repair, including the steering knuckle, stabilizer bar, shock absorbers, oil, and more. They were a real surprise, like getting a new car with a reasonable price I could handle. I highly recommend this shop if you need a car repair.

I’ve stayed here plenty of times and everytime it’s been nothing but GREAT. This isn’t your typical “Red roof inn PLUS”. The room are UPDATED, housekeeping is always on point and if you miss housekeeping the front desk will help you with whatever you need. The rooms are always clean and if you have a problem they will accommodate you. They have vending machines to get snacks for a good price and they also have a washer and dryer UPDATED for a good price. They also have coffee in the lobby for you. It was a pleasure to stay here and the staff are always nice from the manager, to front desk, to housekeeping, it’s definitely worth the money and the stay and the location is very good. It’s a safe environment. This is another place to feeling at home. I’d recommend “THIS” specific red roof to anyone and I am very picky and this one definitely met my expectations! Sometimes I come here to get away when I need some peace, I love it. Very quiet and very clean and very homey. 10/10 I’d recommend.
